2017 – 2018 Tuition and Fees

Tuition payments are made through FACTS, our online payment processing service. Families sign up for one of several automatic tuition payment plans prior to the beginning of each school year. First tuition payments are due May 1. Download the 2017 - 2018 Financial Policy.
Students are placed in classes based on their age as of September 1 of the current school year, consistent with Texas public school placement laws.
Applications are completed and submitted online. The application fee is paid at the time the online application is submitted. Applicants who are members of The Woodlands United Methodist Church by December 31, 2016 are given admission priority.
Returning students and newly admitted students complete the enrollment process via their online ParentsWeb account. The enrollment fee is paid at the time the online enrollment forms are completed and submitted. Members of The Woodlands UMC receive a $100 credit in May to reflect discounted enrollment fees.
A waiting list is maintained for those interested in applying when space becomes available. Each waiting list is for one school year only, ending in May.

There are limited openings available in our program for current 2016 – 2017 school year. To apply for remaining spots for 2016 – 2017, contact the Admission Office.
